The Gelatissimo story began in 2002 where our first store opened on King Street in the heart of Sydney. Churning gelato in-store, using secret traditional Calabrian family recipes, the word of mouth spread and before long, there were queues out the door. New store openings followed, and the rest as they say, is history! Today we have stores across Australia, as well as globally in China, the Philippines, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and coming soon to Bangladesh.
Our flavour collection includes classic favourites like Salted Caramel, Pistachio and Mango as well as unique flavours Burnt Caramel & Pecan and Lychee. We’re also constantly adding new varieties with a new flavour each month, so that each time you visit there’s an exciting and irresistible new flavour waiting for you to devour.
The best part? You can spoil yourself without the guilt. In addition to gluten free and dairy free flavours to accommodate those with special dietary requirements, we also have low in sugar options and fat free options. So whether you prefer to enjoy our fresh sorbets made using real fruit or the creamy indulgence of our dairy range, there is always a freshly churned flavour at Gelatissimo that will suit you.
Our gelato is just as delicious in a Milkshake – perfect on the go and blended to just the right thickness! Our product range also includes take-home tubs, available in two sizes. Simply choose 1 or more of your favourite flavours, and eat in the comfort of your own home (PJ’s optional!).
