Creamery & Co is the latest cafe to join Marketplace Gungahlin. Locally owned, Creamery & Co is a family business and is run by owner Edmond, his wife and his mother.

Creamery & Co is hoping to bring to Gungahlin something a little different. They use Campos Coffee – a very popular coffee blend. Frequently used by some if the best baristas in the country – and pride themselves on not only their quality coffee, but also their specialised teas and sweets.

“We wanted our own Brand and we thought that this market was perfect for specialised coffee and cake. I love coffee, my passion is coffee, and I wanted to bring that to Gungahlin”, says Edmond.

While he has opened cafes before, Edmond says he is especially excited about the opening of Creamery & Co in Marketplace Gungahlin.

“It’s very simple; I live in Gungahlin, I love Gungahlin. We do a lot of charity here too, so we are excited about opening at Marketplace”.
