CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

• Construction is well underway for Stage 4 – Level Up.
• We have installed new beams in the BIG W (South) Mall between CEX and Rockmans, as part of the void infill works to increase the mall space outside Montessori Academy. This will enhance the customer journey from our newly open Level 1 car park entry and the soon to be constructed Sky Walk Pedestrian Bridge, which when finished will connect to our Level Up Development. 
• We will be relocating our escalator in the BIG W (South) Mall shortly to better align with the new Level 1 car park entry, and provide more direct access to the Centre of the mall and BIG W.
• As part of these works, the escalator currently between EB Games & Lagom will be relocated to between BIG W & The Coffee Club.
• During this time, access to Level 1 (Fernwood/Medical Centre) will be via our commercial entry off Hibberson Street
• Signage will be placed to navigate all customers to the temporary access point
• And in a huge transformation of the Town Centre, foundation works for our Sky Walk pedestrian bridge are also underway. Once complete, the bridge will span over Hibberson Street above CEX (BIG W Mall) and Bookface (Kmart Mall) truly unifying Marketplace Gungahlin.
