Woolworths: Fried Rice With Egg

2 tbs vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 bunch spring onion, white and green parts separated, thinly sliced
450g Woolworths microwave white long-grain rice
2 tbs salt-reduced soy sauce
1/4 cup kecap manis
500g Prep Set Go stir fry mixed vegetables
4 free range eggs
Step 1 of 4 Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and white part of onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until starting to brown.
Step 2 of 4 Add rice and cook, stirring and breaking up rice with a wooden spoon, for 3 minutes or until heated through. Add soy and half of the kecap manis. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until rice is evenly coated. Add vegetables and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
Step 3 of 4 Meanwhile, add remaining oil to a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Crack eggs into pa, then cook for 2 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Step 4 of 4 Divide rice among bowls and top with egg. Drizzle with remaining kecap manis and sprinkle with green part of onion
