MatchWorks is a community based, not for profit employment services provider. They are one of the largest employment services providers in Australia. We have over 130 offices across Australia and over 850 staff. Each and every member of our team goes the extra mile to support our employers and our community.

We coordinate the recruitment of job seekers from other employment services providers so that employers have access to a broad pool of candidates in a streamlined and efficient way.
We work with employers to develop customised assessment, pre-employment training and induction programs to ensure new employees are ready to go.  

Post Placement Support
We work with you to ensure the lasting success of your new employees. Our post-placement support includes regular contact that is convenient for you, support and coaching for your new employees as needed and the facilitation of training for any identified skill gaps.

Diversity Consulting
Our consultancy services include workplace diversity strategies and targeted recruitment programs to support employers looking to develop a diverse workforce.

Coordinated, Customised Recruitment, Training & Induction

MatchWorks is a founding member of the National Workforce Network (NWN) – a collaboration of Australian employment service providers. The NWN is a single point of contact for large employers wanting professional recruitment support for multiple locations in Australia.

On July 1, 2015, the Australian Government introduced new employment services called jobactive to better meet the needs of job seekers and employers and improve job outcomes.

The jobactive contract  signifies a shift in the way employment services are delivered with a focus on: promoting stronger and more active workforce participation, stronger links with employers and helping more job seekers move from welfare to work permanently.

ESG has been appointed to deliver jobactive in 6 key employment regions across NSW, Victoria, WA and ACT.
