Terms and Conditions Marketplace Festive Guide – Win a $500 Shopping Spree

Festive Guide November 2019 Terms and Conditions


Marketplace Gungahlin will award one (1) $500 Marketplace Gungahlin Centre Gift Card (“Prize” to subscribers of The Hub online newsletter database (in direct relation to the Festive Guide) between 18 November 2019 and Monday 3 February 2020.

The Prize is to be collected by the winner from the Marketplace Gungahlin Centre Management Office within 3 months of being advised.  Failure to collect will result in a redraw which will take place in Marketplace Gungahlin Centre Management Office at 10am on Monday 4 May 2020.

Participants enter by becoming a member of The Hub via the Centre’s website or by completing the entry form located in the Festive Guide and placing this in the entry barrels provided in the Centre outside Big W. Participants may opt out of The Hub at any time. No purchase is necessary. The period for eligible participation is 18 November 2019 and Monday 3 February 2020. Winners will be notified via email or telephone at the Promotor’s discretion. .

Winners will be determined via a random drawing of qualified participants – online and physical entries will be merged together and then using a random online number generated, a winner will be selected. Odds of winning are determined by number of participants.

Eligible participants cannot be an employee of the Centre. Employees of Centre Management and their families are not eligible to enter.

The Centre or any of its associated companies is not liable for issues arising from items purchased with the Prize .

By accepting the Prize winners agree to allow  the Centre to publish their first name and suburb on the Centre’s Facebook and Instagram page and the Prize Winner hereby releases the Promoter and any of its associated entities from any and all liabilities that may arise from the use of the Prize.

The Promoter may collect your personal information to enter you in the competition and add you to our marketing database. The Promoter  will handle your information in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://www.marketplacegungahlin.com.au/privacy.

Liability

  1. The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered [including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss] or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
  3. Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool value will be honoured.
  4. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval of gaming authorities in NSW, where required.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
    1. Advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the Centre Management Office and on Marketplace Gungahlin website;
    2. Not use the personal information you have provided.
  7. If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
  8. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.

Marketplace Festive Guide – Spot The Difference Competition

Festive Guide November 2019 Terms and Conditions


Marketplace Gungahlin will award two (2) x $100 Toy Hampers (“Prize”) to subscribers of The Hub online newsletter database (in direct relation to the Festive Guide – “Spot the Difference” competition) between 18 November 2019 and Monday 3 February 2020.

 

Toy Hampers to be collected by the winners from Marketplace Gungahlin Centre Management Office within 3 months of the competition draw date.  Failure to collect a Prize will result in a redraw which will take place in Marketplace Gungahlin Centre Management Office at 10am on Monday 4 May 2020.

Participants enter by completing the “Spot the Difference” activity and competing the entry form located in the Festive Guide which is available online or throughout various locations at Marketplace Gungahlin. and placing this in the entry barrels provided in the Centre outside Big W. Participants may opt out of The Hub at any time. No purchase is necessary. The period for eligible participation is  18 November 2019 and Monday 3 February 2020. Winners will be notified via email or telephone.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dear Santa Photo Competition

Goongarline Properties Pty Ltd (ACN 098 262 938) and Ginninderra Properties Pty Ltd ACN 106 919313 collectively trading as “Marketplace Gungahlin” (“Promoter”) will award 1 x $250 Marketplace Gungahlin gift card to a randomly drawn individual who uploads a Dear Santa Photo to their personal Instagram or Facebook account in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in this document.

Entry Method:

To participate in this competition, users must take a photo with the “Dear Santa” social media wall installation, which is located opposite Big W at Marketplace Gungahlin 33 Hibberson Street Gungahlin ACT 2912.

The user must upload the image with the installation to their personal Instagram and/or Facebook account and caption the image using the hashtag #marketplace in addition to tagging both @marketplacegungahlin and @poetryinflowers in the image (“Entry Criteria”).

Entry Period:
This competition will run from 9am, Monday 4 October 2019 up until  12:00am Wednesday 1 January 2020.

There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, who have completed the above Entry Criteria within the Entry Period. The winner will be selected after the competition deadline of 12:00am on Wednesday 1 January 2020, entries made after this point will not be counted.

Prize:

Marketplace Gungahlin will award one (1) $250 Marketplace Gungahlin Gift Voucher (“Prize”). The Prize is to be collected by the winner from Centre Management Office located at Suite 2.2B, Level 1 of 33 Hibberson Street Gungahlin ACT 2912 within one (1) month of being notified of the Prize. 

Prize Draw:

The winner will be selected by way of a random draw (using an online random number generator) from all entries received and will take place at Marketplace Gungahlin Centre Management Office – Level 1, 2.2B, 33 Hibberson Street Gungahlin at 10am on Monday 6 January 2020 (“Initial Draw Date”).

The winners will be notified by Marketplace Gungahlin via the private inbox messaging function on either Facebook or Instagram. The winner will be given details of how to claim his/her prize upon notification of his/her win.   

Redraw:

The Prize must be claimed within one (1) month of the Initial Draw Date from The Marketplace Gungahlin Centre Management Office – Level 1, 2.2B, 33 Hibberson Street Gungahlin. 

Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on Monday 3 February 2020 in Centre Management Office - Level 1, Suite 2.2B, 33 Hibberson Street Gungahlin.  Winners will be Instagram or Facebook direct inbox message by 10am the day of the draw (3 February 2020).

General:

Eligible participants cannot be an employee of the Centre. Employees of Centre Management and their families are not eligible to enter.
